Bt Sam Banda Jnr:

Jamaican musician Lutan Fyah failed to come yesterday as scheduled.

Flames of Fire Promotions Director, Elijah Phekani, said yesterday the Jamaican musician missed his flight.

“As earlier communicated, he was supposed to arrive today [yesterday] but he has not made it. He missed his flight,” Phekani said.

Phekani showed The Daily Times Lutan Fyah’s flight details which indicate the artist was supposed to arrive yesterday ahead of two concerts in Blantyre and Lilongwe.

He is expected to perform at Robin’s Park in Blantyre on Friday and Civo Stadium on Sunday.

“He is actually at the airport now and so we have just rescheduled, and he will arrive tomorrow (today) without fail. I am constantly in touch with him,” Phekani said.

He then sent details of the rebooked ticket for today and will arrive in the afternoon.

Fyah will be performing in the country after the performances of other Jamaican acts such as Busy Signal, Kenyatta Hill, Luciano, Fantan Mojah and Turbulence.

Flames of Fire Promotions has organised the concerts, dubbed Afrikan Flames Festival, in partnership with African Link
