Malawian international, Gerald Phiri Junior, is eligible to face Orlando Pirates in the South Africa Absa Premiership next week after Platinum Stars received his work permit.
The Malawi international was snapped up by Stars on loan from Bidvest Wits during the recently-closed January transfer window, along with other new arrivals, including Willem Mwedihanga and Abia Nale.
Stars resume domestic duties against Pirates at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium next week Wednesday.
