The lead singer and leader for Lilongwe-based gospel group, The Great Angels Choir, Jessie Zonda, on Saturday entered into holy matrimony as she wedded Khumbo Kaliwo. The officiation took place at Kafita CCAP Church in Lilongwe and thereafter a reception at Sheaffer Square Garden.
Jessie, who is a sister to the choir’s other members William and Ephraim as well as Nyasa Big Bullets player Pilirani, hails from Mutchindwe Village in Nkhata Bay while Khumbo hails from Rumphi.
