Nyasa Big Bullets coach Franco Ndawa has all reasons to smile ahead of Saturday’s Presidential Cup final against Moyale Barracks FC as his four key players are back in training.
Defenders Sankhani Mkandawire, Bashir Maunde, attacking midfielders Dalitso Sailesi and Mike Mkwate are back in training.
Mkandawire has been suffering from a knee injury for the past three months.
Maunde and Mkwate missed last Sunday’s TNM Super League game, which they won 2-0 against Civo United, after picking knocks in Saturday’s 0-1 loss to Kamuzu Barracks at Civo Stadium.
Sailesi has not played for the past month after twisting an ankle.
Giving an update on the injuries, Bullets’ team doctor, Godfrey Ng’ambi, said the players were now at the disposal of the coach for selection.
“As of now, it is only John Lanjesi who is still ruled out through injury,” Ng’ambi said.
