TNM has launched an enhanced and superior mobile insurance product called Moyo Cover Plus, which provides Life insurance, hospitalisation cash, and permanent accidental disability cover.
The service is an improvement of TNMs existing Moyo Cover and is available to customers registered on mobile money-transfer service, Mpamba.
TNM chief commercial officer, Daniel Makata, said the new product will help ease the pressure that comes during time of uncertainness like accidents and sickness.
He said the new products is different from the TNM Moyo Cover which only provides life Insurance cover.
According to Makata any registered TNM subscriber aged between 18-75 years at the time of registration and resident in Malawi is eligible to register for the policy.
He said the TNM Moyo Cover plus period begins on the first day of the calendar month following qualifying TNM airtime usage for both prepaid and post-paid services.
