They need to depend on somebody\u2019s work.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGirls dropping out of school should not be accepted by any society. If they stay in school, they have access to services and information. They are also empowered to continue with their education and realising their aspirations,\u201d<\/em> Hong said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>National Planning Commission Director General, Thomas Munthali, said <a href=\"\/\/www.times.mw\/malawi-population-booms\/\">population<\/a> was central to the country\u2019s development; hence, the need to have quality population.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe need to harness the demographic dividend in terms of how best we make sure that we cater for its needs.
