People should expect nothing but the best as we will be showcasing new talent. This will be an amazing experience with performances from both established and upcoming artists in the country. People should expect fireworks,\u201d<\/em> Phyzix said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He said the show is called ghetto festival because he is partnering young artists from the ghetto and the event will also be held in the ghetto.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThe other reason is that I started my career in the ghetto. So, we would like to motivate ghetto youths. The message is that anything is possible. We are also showcasing and nurturing ghetto talent by providing youths with a platform where they can be seen,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The event will be held under the theme \u2018Youth as Development Partners\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, over 50-up-and coming artists have been lined up to perform at the show.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThe artists that will be loved by the people will win a recording deal with the record label Its only Entertainment,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Apart from the show in Blantyre, Phyzix also said they were planning for other show in Lilongwe Mzuzu City.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the artists on the line up include Gwamba, Janta, Slessor, Kell Kay among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Stevie Chauluka: After successfully launching his Solid album at Bar 47 the Grove Pub in Manchester, the United Kingdom, last month, rapper Phyzix\u2014 real name Noel Chikolera\u2014 is set to launch the album in Malawi this month.
