Happiness is in me and the launch of my debut gospel album is a big story for me to tell the world. There is nothing better than serving Jesus. It is grace after grace and I am a much better person,\u201d<\/em> Wendy said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Signed to Major 1 Records of Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, which recently also signed veteran gospel star George Mkandawire, Wendy, said she has been working hard to prepare for the launch on Saturday.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cEverything is fine so far. I have been having massive rehearsals in preparation for the launch. People will be blessed on the day. People should come to see what the Lord has done,\u201d<\/em> she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The 10-track album was recorded at Major 1 Records with three other songs at Ralph Records but mixed and mastered at New Movement in South Africa.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cAll artists are ready. Jimmy D Psalmist all the way from Nigeria will land in the country on Thursday (tomorrow) as well as Onesimus,\u201d<\/em> Wendy said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Apart from Jimmy D Psalmist, who <a href=\"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/wendy-harawa-jimmy-d-psalmist-in-collabo\/\">collaborated<\/a> with Wendy in the song \u2018Chisomo\u2019 alongside Lulu, the other artists set to spice up the launch are Patience Namadingo and The Great Angels Choir.<\/p>\n<p>The song \u2018Chisomo\u2019 ,which is part of the 10-track album, also won Wendy the Outstanding Petition\/Supplication Song of Excellence award recently in Kenya during the grand finale of the Maranatha Global Worship Music Awards held in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>Other songs in the album are \u2018Bwenzi\u2019, \u2018Mbusa Wanga\u2019, \u2018Hossana\u2019, \u2018 Awesome God\u2019, \u2018Mighty God\u2019, \u2018Ambuye Ndiwonetseni,\u2019 and \u2018Yahweh\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sam Banda Jnr: Musician, dancer and event organiser Wendy Harawa, who is now into gospel music, has said she does not regret turning born again.
