During the meeting, the logistics sector reiterated that a noted challenge remains lack of information-sharing regarding partners\u2019 pipeline,\u201d<\/em> the report reads in part.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But Minister of Information and Communications Technology, Henry Mussa, who is also the government\u2019s spokesperson, said, despite that the amount is huge, the government\u2019s mandate was to provide infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThis is a disaster and property has been destroyed and it has to be renovated.
