I can confirm that we have suspended the driver as the matter is being investigated. We do not know why the driver was found at the place and that is why we have suspended him so that investigations can be conducted,\u201d<\/em> Mvula said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile, Health and Rights Education Programme Executive Director, Maziko Matemba, has said the Lilongwe incident exposes lapses in controlling public resources.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe have to look at our fleet management system,\u201d<\/em> Matemba said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Isaac Salima: Lilongwe District Health Office (DHO) has suspended a driver for allegedly using an ambulance to carry bricks for an unknown project.
