We believe the nation will benefit a lot if our stars play in competitive leagues outside Africa,\u201d<\/em> Mkandawire said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Wanderers signed an agreement with Be Forward that sees them sending two players to Japan for trials every year.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Kamwendo and Peter Wadabwa were the first players to try their luck in the Pacific Ocean island nation in 2016 through the agreement<\/p>\n<p>In the following year, Wanderers sent Precious Msosa and Jabulani Linje on a similar mission.<\/p>\n<p>Linje made the grade as he joined <a href=\"https:\/\/us.soccerway.com\/teams\/japan\/yokohama-fc\/1341\/\">YSCC Yokohama<\/a> on a two-year deal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Mabvuto Kambuwe: Be Forward Wanderers have said they are likely to send two players to Japan for trials this year as part of an agreement with their sponsor.
