Our revenue collection is affected but also renovation plans are affected because we use the same money for buying and replacing burst pipes. For us to efficiently supply water, we need all the money we can get from the supply realised.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe appeal to all our customers and well-wishers to report any cases of illegal connections to us and we will reward them for that support.
