Mkandawire has assured Wanderers supporters to treat reports that their rivals Nyasa Big Bullets want to invade their camp with more signings as speculation.<\/p>\n<p>Mkandawire made the remarks on Monday when Wanderers unveiled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/wanderers-sign-babatunde\/\">Babatunde Adeboye<\/a> after signing the striker from Masters Security.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cBullets are just chasing the wind. We know that some of our players\u2019 contracts are running out [but] I don\u2019t think you need to know what we are doing on the ground. Our supporters should know that we are doing something,\u201d<\/em> Mkandawire said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bullets and Wanderers are at loggerheads following the former\u2019s signing of defender <a href=\"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/wanderers-nomads-cling-to-precious-sambani\/\">Precious Sambani<\/a> on Friday. Sambani was at Wanderers on loan from Namiwawa Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>Bullets Chief Executive Officer, Fleetwood Haiya, on Monday hinted that they would sign more players.<\/p>\n<p>But on Monday Wanderers made a quick one by signing Adeboye on a three-year contract amid rumours that their rivals were also eyeing him.<\/p>\n<p>Mkandawire said Adeboye will replace Yamikani Chester who has clinched a deal with MFK from Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI think the whole country knows what kind of a player he is. He is a player who is a better replacement for Chester. We greatly welcome him and we are hopeful that he is going to assist us a lot,\u201d<\/em> Mkandawire said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Wanderers are on the verge of losing seasoned midfielder Joseph Kamwendo who might sign for South African club, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.<\/p>\n<p>Adeboye who, has signed as a free agent, said he is delighted to join Wanderers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI decided to join Wanderers because they came with a better offer. I promise the supporters that I will still be myself.
