The whole Castel Malawi management, including the Managing Director, Gilles Leclerc, are impressed with how supporters conducted themselves.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cAbove all, the teams performed well. It was a competition full of surprises. As such, management will review the competition and the package so that we should return bigger and better,\u201d<\/em> Chirwa said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The sponsorship has been at K40 million since 2014 and champions pocket<a href=\"https:\/\/www.times.mw\/masters-players-get-lions-share\/\"> K12 million<\/a> with the runners-up earning K5 million.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.times.mw\/masters-get-the-last-sip\/\">Masters Security<\/a> won the cup after beating Be Forward Wanderers 5-4 on post-match penalties at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The two teams shared the spoils in regulation time after Precious Sambani gave Wanderers an early lead before substitute Sammy Phiri equalised for Masters five minutes to full time<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Mphatso Malidadi: Castel Malawi has promised to revise Carlsberg Cup sponsorship after being impressed with this year\u2019s competition.
