Salima-based soldiers Mafco will be at war this afternoon at Kamuzu Stadium but it is not easy to tell what weapons they have for the battle.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever the case, the soldiers will be in the TNM Super League match against leaders Nyasa Big Bullets to enrich their arsenal with more weaponry.<\/p>\n<p>It is a match of two teams with different missions as Bullets are aiming at extending the gap at the summit of the log table whereas Mafco\u2019s goal is to collect full points to ease their relegation woes.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides are separated by 32 points, with Bullets topping the table with 49 points having played 21 games whereas Mafco are stuck in the relegation zone with 17 points from the same number of games.<\/p>\n<p>Bullets are undefeated in the league having won 14 times and drawn seven whereas Mafco have lost 10 matches with three wins and eight draws this season.<\/p>\n<p>In the first round, Bullets defeated the soldiers 1-0 courtesy of Patrick Phiri\u2019s wonderful free kick at Kasungu Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Bullets assistant Coach Elia Kananji said his charges will be cautious as they engage Mafco.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;It is always dangerous to meet teams in the relegation zone at this stage because they want to save their season. For sure, it will be a tough match because we want to win the league and we must continue collecting points from every game,\u2019\u2019<\/em> Kananji said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mafco Coach Tione Mhone said his charges were in high spirits ahead of the match.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cOur preparations were good and we believe the players will give out their best against Bullets. We will go flat out to collect maximum points,\u2019\u2019<\/em> he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In other games to be played today, second-placed Silver Strikers face unpredictable Dwangwa United at Chitowe Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Silver are coming from a 2-1 home loss to Capital City rivals Civil Sporting Club last weekend and will be hoping for a better outing.<\/p>\n<p>Blue Eagles take on Nchalo United at Nankhaka Stadium whereas Karonga United host Kamuzu Barracks at Karonga Stadium.
