{"id":68488,"date":"2018-07-20T09:53:15","date_gmt":"2018-07-20T07:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=68488"},"modified":"2018-07-20T09:53:15","modified_gmt":"2018-07-20T07:53:15","slug":"supporter-shares-world-cup-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/07\/20\/supporter-shares-world-cup-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Supporter shares World Cup experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>BY MABVUTO KAMBUWE:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mzimba-based fan Zondwayo Mgomezulu has said he will live to remember his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomsonreuters.com\/en\/campaigns\/world-cup-2018.html\">World Cup<\/a> experience, having watched live the final involving eventual winners France and Croatia in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Mgomezulu travelled to Russia after the rightful winner of a TNM-sponsored <a href=\"https:\/\/www.times.mw\/nomads-supporter-world-cup-bound\/\">Zampira Promotion, Manson Gondwe<\/a>, nominated him due to a medical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Gondwe won the promotion after he predicted correctly the TNM Super League match involving Silver Strikers and Nchalo United.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking upon arrival at Kamuzu International Airport on Wednesday, Mgomezulu described the trip to Russia as life-changing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have learnt that football is a unifying game. Fans from different countries watched the game together and enjoyed the moments. I was happy to watch people wait until the trophy presentation ceremony in the stadium,\u201d Mgomezulu said.<\/p>\n<p>TNM Public Relations and Sponsorship Manager, Limbani Nsapato, said the trip to Russia demonstrates the company\u2019s commitment to fulfilling its promise to customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZampira is a life-changing promotion and lived true to its objective of helping supporters to live their dreams. It was a wonderful trip to Russia.
