{"id":6806,"date":"2015-07-31T09:16:34","date_gmt":"2015-07-31T09:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=6806"},"modified":"2015-07-31T09:16:34","modified_gmt":"2015-07-31T09:16:34","slug":"fisd-wizards-azam-tigers-in-copa-coca-cola-fundraiser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2015\/07\/31\/fisd-wizards-azam-tigers-in-copa-coca-cola-fundraiser\/","title":{"rendered":"Fisd Wizards, Azam Tigers in Copa Coca- Cola fundraiser"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>T<\/strong>NM Super League sides, Azam Tigers and Fisd Wizards, will curtain the Copa Coca-Cola Under-15 national finals set for this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Malawi Schools Sports Association (Massa) general secretary, Blackson Malamula, said the two top-flight teams were selected because they had a lot of players that had just graduated from Copa Coca- Cola.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, we felt involving them would inspire the youngsters and schools to continue working hard at school and on the pitch,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Coca-Cola finals get underway Friday with Education Divisional sides battling for the championship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Malamula said they were working jointly with the sponsor to make the finale exciting. The competition was on a three-month break to pave the way for secondary school examinations.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Coca-Cola senior brands manager, Titha Mbilizi, said the break was necessary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCopa Coca-Cola recognises the need for balance between education and a healthy active lifestyle for our people.
