{"id":66081,"date":"2018-05-31T09:40:21","date_gmt":"2018-05-31T07:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=66081"},"modified":"2018-05-31T09:43:00","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T07:43:00","slug":"kufalitsa-choir-dvd-launch-on-the-cards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/05\/31\/kufalitsa-choir-dvd-launch-on-the-cards\/","title":{"rendered":"Kufalitsa Choir DVD launch on the cards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mulanje-based Kufalitsa Choir, which is under Lauderdale CCAP, is set to launch a DVD.<\/p>\n<p>The choir has been working on Pempherani, an album packed with catchy pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Kufalitsa Choir Director, Dan Muleso, said Wednesday that they have songs that cater for a wide audience in their quest to reach out to all groups of people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs ambassadors of the gospel, we are targeting both the youth and the old in preaching the good news of salvation,\u201d Muleso said.<\/p>\n<p>He said they are set to launch the DVD on Saturday, June 3, at Lauderdale CCAP church.<\/p>\n<p>Gospel artist Allan Chirwa and Salvation Singers, among others, will curtain-raise the show.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople should come in large numbers to support us. They should also buy our DVDs because our music is original. In so doing, they will help us immensely as we want to raise funds for our mission,\u201dMuleso said<\/p>\n<p>The DVD, shot at Reys Entertainment Studio by Humphreys Moleni, has songs such as \u2018Bwelerani\u2019, \u2018Pa Dziko Iri\u2019 and \u2018Maso Mphenya\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mulanje-based Kufalitsa Choir, which is under Lauderdale CCAP, is set to launch a DVD.
