{"id":64665,"date":"2018-05-01T06:16:29","date_gmt":"2018-05-01T04:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=64665"},"modified":"2018-05-01T06:16:30","modified_gmt":"2018-05-01T04:16:30","slug":"ugly-scenes-at-mzuzu-stadium-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/05\/01\/ugly-scenes-at-mzuzu-stadium-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Ugly scenes at Mzuzu Stadium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Violence reared its ugly head on Sunday at Mzuzu Stadium on Sunday during a game between Moyale Barracks FC and Blue Eagles after a disallowed goal.<\/p>\n<p>Chaos ensued three minutes into added time when Eagles scored what was supposed to be an equaliser through Maxwell Salambula but referee Misheck Juwa blew for offside.<\/p>\n<p>The referee\u2019s decision irked Eagles players who attacked assistant Perry Kumwenda before security personnel intervened.<\/p>\n<p>But Eagles Coach, Derklerk Msakakuona, insisted that his charges did not manhandle the referee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI controlled the players.
