{"id":64109,"date":"2018-04-19T10:48:38","date_gmt":"2018-04-19T08:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=64109"},"modified":"2018-04-19T10:48:39","modified_gmt":"2018-04-19T08:48:39","slug":"ruth-chisales-bout-in-balance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/04\/19\/ruth-chisales-bout-in-balance\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruth Chisale\u2019s bout in balance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The future of World Boxing Council (WBC) welterweight elimination contest between Zambian Loleta Muzeya and Malawian Ruth Chisale hangs in the balance as the authorities are yet to identify a promoter with a better bid.<\/p>\n<p>Following the uncertainty, both camps have started looking for alternative fights.<\/p>\n<p>Chisale is expected to face a Tanzanian on April 29 at M1 Centre Point in Lilongwe in a non-title contest.<\/p>\n<p>Ngumi Boxing Stable, which co-manages Chisale, has disclosed that they have received offers from Europe and they will opt for them if WBC fails to determine the right promoter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are working on our plan B as we wait for WBC\u2019s ruling.
