{"id":60254,"date":"2018-02-06T08:58:39","date_gmt":"2018-02-06T06:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=60254"},"modified":"2018-02-06T08:58:40","modified_gmt":"2018-02-06T06:58:40","slug":"nbs-commits-to-service-quality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/02\/06\/nbs-commits-to-service-quality\/","title":{"rendered":"NBS commits to service quality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of the country\u2019s commercial banks, NBS, has reaffirmed its commitment to continue providing quality financial services to its customers through various innovations in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>NBS Head of Treasury, Benedicto Nkhoma, said this at the weekend when staff at the bank abandoned their duties to engage in a cleaning exercise of their offices and the bank\u2019s premises.<\/p>\n<p>Nkhoma said, the exercise was meant to promote hygiene among the staff and to maintain a conducive working environment for both staff and customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a bank, we know that our human resource is very critical to our operations; that is why we have undertaken this initiative to ensure that surroundings are clean and conducive for business,\u201d Nkhoma said.<\/p>\n<p>He said NBS will continue coming up with various innovations to meet the growing demand for quality financial services.<\/p>\n<p>The cleaning exercise was conducted in all NBS branches across the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the country\u2019s commercial banks, NBS, has reaffirmed its commitment to continue providing quality financial services to its customers through various innovations in 2018.
