{"id":59989,"date":"2018-02-01T06:55:05","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T04:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=59989"},"modified":"2018-02-01T06:55:07","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T04:55:07","slug":"simba-hopeful-despite-defeats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2018\/02\/01\/simba-hopeful-despite-defeats\/","title":{"rendered":"Simba hopeful despite defeats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Simba Hockey Ladies side have described their heavy defeats in Zambia over the weekend as a learning curve.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend, Simba lost 20-0 and 14-0 to Zambia\u2019s Sharks on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, before going down twice by 10-1 margins to Zambia under-18 team.<\/p>\n<p>Simba Captain, Trinity Chilembwe, said they hope to bounce back and build a strong team capable of retaining the 11-Aside FMB Hockey League title.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe went to Zambia to learn. We have a good side. We used to do well when we were being sponsored by Sports Complex. We can reclaim our status once we get full support,\u201d said Chilembwe, whose team\u2019s trip to Zambia was sponsored by Capital Oil Refining Industries (Cori).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe would like to thank all our sponsors for making the trip happen.
