A reality show known as Nankungwi will kick off tomorrow afternoon at M-Theatre in Blantyre.
\nOrganisers have since said this is an interactive show that showcases skills that build relationships.
\nCreator of the reality show, Daniel Chibwana, said the show is open to the public.
\n\u201cWe will be having one show every month in Blantyre and one show every month in Lilongwe. Again, we will make sure that, during every show, we should have an artist and, in the case of this first show, we will have Andy Seko,\u201d he said.
\nChibwana said Namkungwi Reality show is a television event that will feature relationship issues.
\nIn the show, Chibwana will play the coach responding to various relationship issues that affect people on a daily basis.
\n\u201cAs a coach, I will be interacting with guests from all walks of life with successful relationship stories that will inspire others,\u201d he said.
\nSome of the topics set to be covered in the show include family, marriage, dating, parenting and finances.
\n\u201cWe are serious about this show and it is not a one-off thing. This show is aimed at educating as well as inspiring people,\u201d Chibwana said.
\nAsked about the source of funding for the reality show, Chibwana said:
\n\u201cI have been saving money for some time until now, when I thought we should get started. I am still trying to look at ways of generating funds so that the show continues but, for now, we are in safe hands.\u201d
\nHe said that they are not into money making but, rather, serving people.
\n\u201cEach show will have themes and we just want to call upon people to come because the audience will experience things as they happen,\u201d Chibwana said.
\nFrom Blantyre, the reality show will move to Kamuzu College of Nursing in Lilongwe on December 16.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
