Old Mutual Life Assurance Company has pumped K2 million into this year\u2019s insurance quiz hosted by Insurance Institute of Malawi (IIM).<\/p>\n
The quiz will run from November 16 to mid- December.<\/p>\n
Old Mutual Life Assurance Managing Director, Tavona Biza, said the quiz is crucial as it helps players in the industry to be on top of their game.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have been sponsoring the quiz because it helps stakeholders discover talent within the industry. The contest also helps, in terms of sharing knowledge, industry players,\u201d Biza said.<\/p>\n
IIM President, Immaculate Singano, hailed Old Mutual for the support, saying the quiz shapes up the industry.<\/p>\n
\u201cOld Mutual has been partner for a very long time. We appreciate the support the firm gives us to improve the industry,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Singano added that the quiz empowers players with relevant knowledge.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is a very exciting time for the industry because this is the time that people from different companies meet to compete and share knowledge on several issues, not only on insurance but the economy as well.<\/p>\n
