{"id":54108,"date":"2017-09-26T08:36:49","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T06:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=54108"},"modified":"2017-09-26T08:36:50","modified_gmt":"2017-09-26T06:36:50","slug":"chitipa-united-coach-not-giving-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2017\/09\/26\/chitipa-united-coach-not-giving-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Chitipa United coach not giving up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Relegation-threatened Chitipa United Coach, Kondwani Mwalweni, has said his team will fight until the end of the TNM Super League season.<\/p>\n<p>Mwalweni made the comment about his team\u2019s survival chances at Mzuzu Stadium on Sunday after Chitipa had lost 3-2 to Moyale Barracks to remain bottom with 11 points.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe conceded those goals too early. But all is not lost because there are so many games remaining to wrap up the campaign,\u201d Mwalweni said.<\/p>\n<p>During the game, Wiseman Kamanga, Lesman Singini and Gift Nyondo scored for Moyale whereas Emmanuel Muyira and substitute Christopher Mtambo netted for the visitors.<\/p>\n<p>His Moyale counterpart, Nicholas Mhango, said scoring quick goals was the key to their win, which took them to fifth place on the log table with 31 points.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Chitipa arrived [at the stadium] two hours before the game, they remained in their bus without warming up.
