Be Forward Wanderers Head Coach, Yasin Osman, has admitted that the absence of playmaker Joseph Kamwendo left a big void in his squad.<\/p>\n
The talented midfielder, who was serving a two-game suspension, missed the Blantyre derby in which Wanderers lost 1-0 to rivals, Nyasa Big Bullets, and the 3-2 post-match victory over Blue Eagles in a Carlsberg Cup quarter-final at Civo Stadium on Saturday.<\/p>\n
In both games, Wanderers lacked creativity and inspiration, Osman admitted.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe really missed Joseph. We missed his experience and leadership, especially leadership is the most important thing for us. Joseph has the ability to inspire and bring up his teammates when they are down. It is good that he has been cleared and he would be available for us,\u201d Osman said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am a believer that if we can get to the semi-finals, then we can get to the final. It is a question of hard work, commitment and God\u2019s blessings.\u201d<\/p>\n
Wanderers will meet Moyale Barracks in a TNM Super League match at Balaka Stadium on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
