{"id":51385,"date":"2017-08-08T09:56:44","date_gmt":"2017-08-08T07:56:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=51385"},"modified":"2017-08-08T09:56:44","modified_gmt":"2017-08-08T07:56:44","slug":"press-properties-conduct-first-nzotheka-promo-draw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2017\/08\/08\/press-properties-conduct-first-nzotheka-promo-draw\/","title":{"rendered":"Press Properties conduct first Nzotheka promo draw"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Press Properties Limited (PPL) on Friday conducted the first draw of its Nzotheka promotion which aims at encouraging Malawians to buy residential plots at Chapima Heights in Blantyre.<\/p>\n<p>The three-month promotion has so far seen increased inquiries from citizens about the plots.<\/p>\n<p>PPL Sales and Marketing Officer, Catherine Kaimila, said the promotion is progressing well and has received positive response from the general public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the first of the three monthly draws we are going to conduct during the promotion. The response has been positive as customers are being encouraged to buy plots in cash at Chapima\u2019s medium and low density areas by September 30,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Kaimila further said during the promotion period customers will be offered a discount of at least 30 percent.<\/p>\n<p>During the draw Samuel Kampondeni and Timothy Sukali emerged the lucky customers.<\/p>\n<p>Kampondeni was even luckier as his name was picked twice making him win two sets of the prizes.<\/p>\n<p>The prizes included two bags of cement, two wheelbarrows, two hoes and two shovels.<\/p>\n<p>The grand prize of the promotion is a plot worth K3 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press Properties Limited (PPL) on Friday conducted the first draw of its Nzotheka promotion which aims at encouraging Malawians to buy residential plots at Chapima Heights in Blantyre.
