Nyasa Big Bullets\u2019 Executive Committee has recalled Coach, Nsanzurwimo Ramadhan, from suspension.<\/p>\n
Ramadhan received a four-game suspension, which ended on Sunday when Bullets lost 2-1 to Silver Strikers at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.<\/p>\n
Bullets interim General Secretary, Albert Chigoga, on Tuesday said they recalled the coach after looking at several factors. Reports suggest that some players are against Ramadhan\u2019s return.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is largely speculative that the players do not want the coach reinstated. This decision was made by the executive and it is the same executive that can either rescind it or not.<\/p>\n
\u201cLooking at several factors, and also in respect of the agreement which we made with the coach when he was suspended, it was only necessary to bring him back\u201d Chigoda said.<\/p>\n
He further said it was at the Burundian\u2019s discretion to return or not.<\/p>\n
\u201cYes, the coach has been told about the news [his recall] but he will not resume his duties immediately as he has other family matters to attend to outside the country. It is natural that such news brings relief, so the coach felt the same way, but it is now up to him to protect his job or mess it up,\u201d Chigoga said.<\/p>\n
The coach was not ready to comment on the matter when contacted yesterday.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am still in bed, call another time,\u201d said Ramadhan, who was suspended following the team\u2019s poor run of form.<\/p>\n
