{"id":50521,"date":"2017-07-20T08:50:11","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T06:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=50521"},"modified":"2017-07-20T08:50:12","modified_gmt":"2017-07-20T06:50:12","slug":"quench-partners-be-more-race","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2017\/07\/20\/quench-partners-be-more-race\/","title":{"rendered":"Quench partners \u2018Be More Race\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Athletes competing in Standard Bank\u2019s Be More Race will use Quench brand of water following a partnership between the bank and the beverage\u2019s manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>The half-marathon is scheduled for Lilongwe on July 30.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing the partnership Wednesday, Carlsberg Malawi Limited Marketing Director, Gwynyth Mchiela, said the company will provide over 150 cases of Quench to the participants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur water, Quench, will be available to ensure that all participants and stakeholders involved rehydrate throughout the duration of the race.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will also bring event support such as cooling equipment and personnel to serve participants at eight Quench refreshment points along the track. Quench is the perfect complement for participants who will need to rehydrate and remain fresh during the Be More Race,\u201d Mchiela said.<\/p>\n<p>Standard Bank Head of Marketing, Thoko Unyolo, said the bank was grateful to Quench for the support to the race.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to welcome Quench into the race.
