Nonetheless, we would be interested in exploring that market [Malawi], but we do not have more details,\u201d Mamfunda said in a telephone interview from Lusaka.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe coach has made the proposal [for Sailesi] but, as management, we are looking at strengthening the team from the striking force to the defence. We are looking for a natural striker and a central defender.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zambian sports journalist Mutheliso Phiri yesterday also said he had spoken to Dynamos Team Manager [Fewdays Musonda], who was in the dark about the interest in Sailesi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPower Dynamos are one of Zambia\u2019s biggest clubs, the only one to have won a continental title. They have one foreigner on their books [Ivorian Ferdinand Kam].<\/p>\n<p>Power Dynamos are not aware of the interest in Dalitso Sailesi,\u201d Phiri said. Bullets General Secretary, Albert Chigoga, yesterday also admitted that Dynamos had not officialised their interest in Sailesi, who picked a man of the match award in a 0-0 draw against Mauritius at the Cosafa Castle Cup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUp to now there is nothing in writing, but there is strong interest in the player from Dynamos,\u201d Chigoga said.<\/p>\n<p>The former Blantyre United winger was, alongside midfielders Chikoti Chirwa, Yamikani Chester and right back Stanley Sanudi, among the few bright lights in an otherwise doomed showing for the Flames at the Cosafa cup.<\/p>\n<p>The former under-20 player Sailesi is in his mid-20s and is capped less than 10 times.
