Nico Life Insurance\u2014a subsidiary of the conglomerate Nico Holdings Limited\u2014has said the company stands to benefit a lot from innovative skills of Osman Karim, who has left the entity.<\/p>\n
He is now destined for Nico Holdings Head office situated in Chibisa House, Blantyre.<\/p>\n
The company\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, Eric Chapola said this at a cocktail on Wednesday, which was held to bid farewell to Karim in Malawi\u2019s commercial capital Blantyre.<\/p>\n
He said since rejoining Nico Life Insurance in 2011, Karim raised the status of agents from 200 to over 1,000 and brought motivated juniors in various circles.<\/p>\n
\u201cKarim worked hard and was a team player. His services will be missed by the company and the entire staff who worked under his supervision. The company has also registered tremendous growth in the sector due to his skills,\u201d Chapola said.<\/p>\n
In his speech, Karim, who was upbeat about operations of Nico Life Insurance, urged the staff to think outside the box so as to attract more clients.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is need for creative minds so that more clients are brought into the system. The insurance industry has grown and needs to be nurtured,\u201d Karim said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
