Ramadhan told The Daily Times <\/em>that he respects people\u2019s opinion, adding that he was working hard to rediscover the winning formula.<\/p>\n \u201cFootball is a game of opinion. Let them speak but I am the one who stays with the players and I know what to do. I don\u2019t go for names. I go for performance. If the players impress me during training, why should I rule them out because of their age?\u201d Ramadhan questioned.<\/p>\n The Burundian gave an example of Fischer Kondowe who is still impressive despite his age.
