Bullets General Secretary, Albert Chigoga, has made the offer, which includes medical insurance, through a letter which The Daily Times <\/em>has seen.<\/p>\n \u201cWe appreciate that your club and the player himself have agreed with our terms. Take note that this is not a contract. We have a full detailed contract for both parties and the player to sign,\u201d he said in the letter dated March 27 2017.<\/p>\n \u201cOur chairman and the treasurer are both out of the country for other businesses, we humbly request your acceptance to be paid next week…. our technical panel would like to take a look at the player during training and upcoming friendly games.\u201d<\/p>\n Nsanama General Secretary, Joe Chembe, Tuesday confirmed receiving the letter from Bullets.<\/p>\n \u201cWe will certainly release the player to Bullets. He has been to Red Lions and Wanderers before for trials and we cannot stand in his way. We, however, feel that the money is on the lower side for a four-year contract, so we will negotiate for more,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Banda comes to Bullets with a good reputation having scored 42 goals for Nsanama, who finished on third position in the Southern Region Football Association (SRFA) Division One.<\/p>\n SRFA Vice General Secretary, Kingsley Simbeye, Tuesday rated Banda highly, but cautioned that he must not be rushed.<\/p>\n \u201cSuch big teams need experienced strikers so Banda is a player who needs to be given time to adapt.
