It took time for some guardians and patients to realise that the \u2018Good Samaritan\u2019 was Manganya.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, others immediately recognised him and could not suppress their excitement but chanted: \u201cOoh Manganya!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an interview, Usi said: \u201cI came to see patients at this hospital. People are suffering in this country. As for me, time for just talking is gone. It is time for action now.
