In a bid to reward customers for their loyalty and support\u2014one of the country\u2019s mobile phone oper a tors\u2014TNM has reduced the Pasavute service fee to give its customers more value.<\/p>\n
Pasavute is an airtime credit facility available to prepaid customers for use on voice calls, SMS and data services.<\/p>\n
TNM\u2019s Senior Manager (Consumer Services ) Madalitso Jonazi said TNM has decided to give its customers more value on Pasavute by adjusting the service fee from 10 percent to five percent from this month to 31 March 2017.<\/p>\n
\u201cTNM is proud to announce that Pasavute service fee has been slashed from 10 percent to 5 percent effective January 4, to March 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor instance, if a customer borrows K500 initially, he or she was receiving K450, but with this adjustment customers are getting K475,\u201d Jonazi said.<\/p>\n
Jonazi said Pasavute is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to TNM prepaid customers when they ran out of airtime for making calls, sending SMSs and using the internet.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe in ensuring that our customers are taken care of and that is why we brought Pasavute to give them access to airtime when they need it the most. Pasavute allows customers to borrow airtime and repay it at their next recharge,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
With Pasavute, customers have an opportunity to borrow based on their usage and recharge history, and this is determined automatically by an intelligent system.<\/p>\n
