{"id":38046,"date":"2016-12-29T11:32:56","date_gmt":"2016-12-29T09:32:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=38046"},"modified":"2016-12-29T11:32:56","modified_gmt":"2016-12-29T09:32:56","slug":"tight-security-for-second-leg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/12\/29\/tight-security-for-second-leg\/","title":{"rendered":"Tight security for second leg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organisers of the Luso TV Bus Ipite Bonanza have said they will hire 300 police officers during the second leg of the match between Nyasa Big Bullets and Be Forward Wanderers at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking during a press briefing in Lilongwe Wednesday, Luso Television Station Manager, Dick Juma, said they will also have 120 stewards and the hosts are looking at the possibility of hiring 60 Malawi Defence Force (MDF) soldiers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are looking forward to a successful hosting of the second leg match at the magnificent facility. Everything is going according to plan, and there will be tight security,\u201d Juma said.<\/p>\n<p>He further explained that there will be no pre-sale of match tickets, with fans paying K2,000 for open and covered stands, whereas the VIP Stand is pegged at K10, 000.<\/p>\n<p>Spokesperson for the facility, Ireen Zilinda Mkoko, said all the works at the stadium have been completed.
