{"id":37204,"date":"2016-12-09T11:43:42","date_gmt":"2016-12-09T09:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=37204"},"modified":"2016-12-09T11:43:45","modified_gmt":"2016-12-09T09:43:45","slug":"finca-opens-nchalo-branch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/12\/09\/finca-opens-nchalo-branch\/","title":{"rendered":"Finca opens Nchalo Branch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finca Malawi has opened a branch at Nchalo in order to serve its small and medium scale business clients based in the Lower Shire.<\/p>\n<p>The branch is the seventh to be opened since Finca was granted a deposit taking licence by the Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) last year.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking during the opening ceremony, RBM Director of Microfinance and Capital Markets, Hastings Mzoma, urged communities in Nchalo to embrace the changes coming from Finca Malawi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that your deposit taking status will open various doors of opportunities for both Finca Malawi and its clients,\u201d Mzoma said.<\/p>\n<p>Finca Malawi Chief executive officer, Chris Kizza, said the bank will continue championing efforts to enhance financial inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur success is built on the foundation of our relationship with our customers as we work towards building tomorrow together,\u201d Kizza said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe opening of the branch is in line with government efforts of advancing financial inclusion and promoting saving culture,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finca Malawi has opened a branch at Nchalo in order to serve its small and medium scale business clients based in the Lower Shire.
