{"id":35644,"date":"2016-11-16T11:54:08","date_gmt":"2016-11-16T09:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=35644"},"modified":"2016-11-16T11:54:10","modified_gmt":"2016-11-16T09:54:10","slug":"entrepreneurs-told-to-be-more-creative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/11\/16\/entrepreneurs-told-to-be-more-creative\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrepreneurs told to be more creative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Technical Entrepreneurial and Vocational Education and Training Authority (Teveta) has asked entrepreneurs to be more innovative and come up with ideas for improving people\u2019s socio-economic status as well as solutions to society\u2019s problems.<\/p>\n<p>Teveta\u2019s Director of Training, Modesto Gomani, observed that mo s t vocational trainees fail to impress because they do not put customers\u2019 interests first.<\/p>\n<p>Gomani made t h e remarks when the vocational skills training board awarded certificates to 63 students that have completed various trainings at Jenga Community Skills Centre in Rumphi.<\/p>\n<p>Gomani asked the graduating students to be creative to succeed in a competitive market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese people are being trained but one problem which is very common is that their products lack quality.
