One of the foreign investors wants to set up a sports academy and the company has already submitted its profile. The other investor is interested in [offering] the security of the stadium,\u201d said Ning\u2019ang\u2019a while refusing to reveal the identities of the investors.<\/p>\n<p>Over 20 local investors turned out for a consultative tour of the facility early this year on the invitation of the Ministry of Labour, Youth, Sports and Manpower Development.<\/p>\n<p>The stadium opening delayed because government needed extra money outside Chinese funding. Parliament approved K841 million for the completion of the facility\u2019s sewer line, electric and network cables.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe contractor is working with speed.
