Late Grace Chinga\u2019s son Steve Spesho, who is a producer, on Sunday took time out to clarify the dates for the launch of his mother\u2019s album Esther<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Dates were released recently through a poster, which indicated that the launch will first be at Comesa Hall in Blantyre on September 11 and then Sheaffer Hall in Lilongwe on September 18 before Boma Park in Mzuzu on September 25.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had some problems on the dates especially in Mzuzu and Lilongwe; we did not verify that there were some shows so we have just swapped the dates for Lilongwe and Mzuzu but everything is ok and we are good to go,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe preparations are at an advanced stage and Miracle is actually ready. We won\u2019t say much now but people should patronise the launch in the three cities. We know some people have already listened to the songs but let them come and appreciate live performances,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The artist and producer said for those who loved their mother, they will see the best in Miracle, who showed her potential when she performed during her mother\u2019s funeral service at Robin\u2019s Park in Blantyre.<\/p>\n

Chinga died in March and was buried at HHI Cemetery in Blantyre.<\/p>\n

There have been stories running around recently where Miracle and her team was accused of pocketing money and failing to make it to a show in Mzuzu.<\/p>\n

But Spesho preferred not to say anything on the issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me not say anything on that. All I can say is that there are some organisers who are putting Miracle on the posters without proper agreement. All I can say is that people just need to be careful because Miracle will perform for the first time during mum\u2019s launch and for the other shows, they should verify with us whether we will be available or check through our pages,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Spesho on Sunday performed at Dan Lu\u2019s Sweet Banana Sunday.<\/p>\n
