One of the country\u2019s mobile phone operators, Airtel Malawi, on Friday unveiled broadband internet which seeks to provide quick internet solutions to Malawians.<\/p>\n
The launch took place in Malawi\u2019s commercial capital, Blantyre and was graced by Minister of Information Patricia Kaliati.<\/p>\n
Speaking during the launch, Airtel Malawi Managing Director, Charles Kamoto, described the event as a milestone by his firm in fulfilling its commitment in providing quality internet services and corporate connectivity.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is another step up for us as we strive to make internet access and corporate connectivity easy and widely accessible while at the same time being a one stop shop with our broadband and voice on post-paid and prepaid.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are now on the right path to convergence of service delivery from contracting to bill delivery in a turnkey solution.<\/p>\n
We believe that we will provide a service that organisations need, offering endless opportunities for innovations to our valued customers,\u201d said Kamoto.<\/p>\n
He pledged his company\u2019s commitment to continue working hard to ensure that it keeps Malawi at the forefront of groundbreaking communication technologies.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are, therefore, committed to keeping you ahead by providing you with the latest technological trends alongside a network that is reliable and of superior quality,\u201d added Kamoto.<\/p>\n
In her remarks, Kaliati hailed Airtel Malawi for its continued commitment towards improving ICT services in the country.<\/p>\n
