{"id":27980,"date":"2016-07-14T11:37:02","date_gmt":"2016-07-14T09:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=27980"},"modified":"2016-07-14T11:37:02","modified_gmt":"2016-07-14T09:37:02","slug":"harry-nyirenda-open-for-nomads-reunion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/07\/14\/harry-nyirenda-open-for-nomads-reunion\/","title":{"rendered":"Harry Nyirenda open for Nomads\u2019 reunion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Free-agent Harry Nyirenda says he is ready to listen to any offer, but does not rule out a return to Be Forward Wanderers if the club needs his services.<\/p>\n<p>Nyirenda returned home this week after he rejected Black Leopards\u2019 contract renewal, ending his six-year spell with the South African National First Division side.<\/p>\n<p>The Flames defender was heavily linked with a move to newly-promoted South Africa Absa Premier Soccer League club, Highland Park and Tanzania giants, Simba FC, but a deal has not been agreed.<\/p>\n<p>The former Wanderers captain told Zodiak Broadcasting Station that a return to Wanderers might be a possibility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will be training on my own to keep fit. Wanderers are always in my heart because the team means a lot to me. We will see what happens in the coming days, but I am ready to talk to any team which is interested in my services,\u201d Nyirenda told the radio station.<\/p>\n<p>The Nomads have been fragile at the back having let in 10 goals in the league this season.<\/p>\n<p>And the former Eagles Beaks defender could be a good addition to the Nomads if they are to mount a serious title challenge this season.<\/p>\n<p>However, Wanderers Team Manager, Steve Madeira, Wednesday said he was not comfortable to comment on the issue because they have not approached Nyirenda.<\/p>\n<p>Nyirenda moved to Leopards in 2010 and was one of the influential players at the club.
