{"id":26773,"date":"2016-06-24T10:31:05","date_gmt":"2016-06-24T08:31:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=26773"},"modified":"2016-06-24T10:31:05","modified_gmt":"2016-06-24T08:31:05","slug":"tnm-dates-dwangwa-golfers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/06\/24\/tnm-dates-dwangwa-golfers\/","title":{"rendered":"TNM dates Dwangwa golfers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mobile network service company, TNM, will host an invitation golf tournament at Kasasa Club in Dwangwa Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, TNM Chief Commercial Officer, Daniel Makata, said the tournament will be held under TNM Business Services (TBS), the company\u2019s division that offers broadband internet services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTNM continues to partner customers through golf tournaments as they provide a platform to engage them and update them on new developments in the ICT [information and communications technology] and mobile telecommunications business,\u201d Makata said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a major sponsor of golf in Malawi, we are proud to be associated with the sport and our involvement goes a long way to demonstrate our appreciation of the support we get from the golfing community and its market eco-system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An estimated 80 golfers drawn, from Blantyre, Zomba, Lilongwe, Kasungu, Mzuzu and Dwangwa, are expected during the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Kasasa Club last hosted a TNM golf tournament in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The Dwangwa tournament comes barely two weeks after TNM hosted a similar one at Gymkhana Club in Zomba.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mobile network service company, TNM, will host an invitation golf tournament at Kasasa Club in Dwangwa Saturday.
