Not to be left behind as far as technology is concerned, gospel musician Sangwani Munthali has moved way up to finalise a deal for digital distribution of his third album Ndipulumutseni <\/em>and a DVD for his second album Themba<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The musician launched his Ndipulumutseni <\/em>album and Themba <\/em>D V D i n Lilongwe and Blantyre last weekend where he failed to pull huge audiences.<\/p>\n

However, despite the setback, the singer, who shared the stage with legendary musician Mtebeti Wambali Mkandawire in Lilongwe before going it alone in Blantyre, showed he is not a small fish in the music industry when he put up impressive performances.<\/p>\n

Before working on the digital distribution deal, Sangwani first created his website as part of taking his music to the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes the deal is finalised and anytime from now people will start accessing his music through digital platforms such as iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify,\u201d said Vitumbiko Mumba, who has played a great role in supporting the artist.<\/p>\n

Mumba described Sangwani\u2019s music as rich and mature and that he had proved through his performances that he is a talented artist.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had to put his music online for sales and we are happy that now his music will be available worldwide. I just want to call upon people to support him,\u201d said Mumba.<\/p>\n

Mumba is the one who made it possible for Sangwani to go and record his Ndipulumutseni <\/em>album in Namibia. <\/em><\/p>\n

Sangwani, who came to the limelight with Mahomwa Ya Fumu, which saw people likening him to Wambali hailed Mumba for the support.<\/p>\n

The singer, who has put up a great team of instrumentalists, which include Namibian drummer, lead guitarist Enerst Ikwanga, keyboardists Sam Mjura Mkandawire and JJ Munthali said he is looking forward to another great outing in Mzuzu on Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am ready for the Mzuzu show. Lilongwe and Blantyre was great and I am looking for another great show in Mzuzu. All I need is the support,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
