Airtel Malawi on Friday unveiled a new one-stop-for-all shop in Blantyre\u2019s Chayamba Building.<\/p>\n
Airtel Head of Market Operations Ted Chanza said his firm decided to open the shop to reduce the challenges Airtel customers in Blantyre\u2019s were facing to access the company\u2019s services.<\/p>\n
Prior to the opening of the shop, Airtel customers had to travel to Chichiri Shopping Mall or Limbe to access Airtel services.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe would like to be part and parcel of the pride of the city of Blantyre in seeing city residents enjoy convenience when it comes to accessing vital telecommunications services.<\/p>\n
\u201cAirtel has invested in enhancing the customer\u2019s experience in our shops as we believe that a satisfied customer is key to a successful brand,\u201d said Chanza.<\/p>\n
The Chayamba Xpress shop is the third one to be inaugurated by Airtel Malawi in 2016 after Mchinji and Nchalo.<\/p>\n
The shop brings the total number of Airtel Xpress shops in the country to 19.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is because of our customers that we are continuing with this expansion and convenience drive. New shops like these also provide new working opportunities for our people which will help to improve their families\u2019 living conditions.<\/p>\n
