At least, from what has been seen so far, Nakamura is a gem.<\/p>\n<p>The only stumbling block is a work permit to allow him play for the Lali Lubani Road side as the technical team has spoken of their admiration of his skill.<\/p>\n<p>The Nomads Vice-Team Manager, Steve Madeira, said the club applied for the permit, but was told by the Immigration Department to present the player\u2019s Japan police report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe asked for the report from police in Japan and we expect it in at least by Tuesday [yesterday]. So, people should expect Nakamura\u2019s league debut this weekend,\u201d Madeira explained.<\/p>\n<p>Madeira said Nigerian striker, Amos Bello, brought with him a police report, hence processing his permit did not take time.<\/p>\n<p>Immigration Department spokesperson, Joseph Chauwa, concurred with Madeira on the need for the police report before the work permit is issued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is the normal procedure.
