{"id":21256,"date":"2016-03-23T12:13:41","date_gmt":"2016-03-23T10:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.times.mw\/?p=21256"},"modified":"2016-03-23T12:16:10","modified_gmt":"2016-03-23T10:16:10","slug":"six-join-flames-guinea-cleared","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.times.mw\/index.php\/2016\/03\/23\/six-join-flames-guinea-cleared\/","title":{"rendered":"Six join Flames, Guinea cleared"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Football Association of Malawi (Fam) has confirmed that captain Limbikani Mzava, Robert Ng\u2019ambi, Harry Nyirenda, Frank Gabadinho Mhango, Joseph Kamwendo and Zicco Mkanda have joined Malawi national team in Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n<p>The Flames, who squared up against Sierra Leone during a training match Tuesday, are in transit to Guinea for Friday\u2019s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Group L qualifier.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Flames trip received a scare after reports of Ebola resurfaced in Sierra Leone and Guinea.<\/p>\n<p>Fam competitions and media manager, Gomezgani Zakazaka, said players were in good spirits despite the Ebola concerns.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are in touch with Caf [Confederation of African Football] on the matter. We wrote them asking about the situation in Guinea.
