Zimbabwean boxers, Nicola Muntunora and Tinashe Mwadziwana, will spice the forthcoming Double Belt Challenge as they will feature in supporting fights at Lilongwe Community Centre on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Muntunora will take on Alick Mwenda in an eight-round non-title contest while Mwadziwana will face Tinkhani Kamanga.<\/p>\n
No Pain No Gain Boxing Promotions managing director, Craig Rousseau, said they included the Zimbabwean duo to expose local boxers to international fights.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur mission is to develop the sport. If we can\u2019t travel to other countries, we should, at least, invite foreign boxers,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Rousseau said the bi l l was made possible through a partnership of three stable\u2019s, No Pain No Gain Boxing Promotions, White Belt Boxing Promotions and Delta Force Boxing Academy of Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, challenger Chrispin Moliyati and lightweight champion, Salimu Chazama have vowed to slice each other during the main fight for the lightweight belt.<\/p>\n
\u201cLast time, I was robbed off victory but this time around I will not entertain. I will fight hard to get the belt because it belongs to me,\u201d said Moliyati, who has recorded 27 wins, four defeats and two draws from 33 fights.<\/p>\n
Chazama said he would mercilessly pound Moliyati to stop him from seeking another rematch.<\/p>\n
\u201cI know that he will come hard but I have everything to torture him throughout the fight,\u201d said Chazama, who has fought 21 times, won 19 fights, drawn once and lost twice.<\/p>\n
In another title fight, Limbani Masamba will defend the super welterweight belt against challenger Chikondi Makawa.<\/p>\n
