So it\u2019s my plea that you consider us as chiefs,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the matter, Traditional Authority (T\/A) Jalavikuba observed that there were many chieftaincy wrangles in the district because chiefs were undermined.<\/p>\n<p>District Commissioner for M\u2019mbelwa District Council, Thomas Chirwa, said initially chiefs were supposed to meet at least four times in a year.
