Some Silver Strikers officials came to his rescue in an attempt to hijack the deal.<\/p>\n<p>This did not go well with Nomads officials and they followed the player to one of Silver official&#8217;s houses, claiming the player was in the country for trials at Wanderers.<\/p>\n<p>Wanderers general secretary, Mike Butao, who was in Lilongwe on Thursday, claimed he travelled to the Capital City to welcome the player.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Actually, I am in Lilongwe to welcome him. Nakamura will be assessed for two weeks and after that we will see the way forward,&#8221; Butao said.<\/p>\n<p>On his part, Silver treasurer, Fred Kalonga said they went to the airport as a Good Samaritan and not to hijack the deal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Some of the officials at the airport called me that there was a Japanese player, who was mentioning Silver, so we went there and offered him transport.
